Hall-Perrine Cancer Center is pleased to announce the start of the Healthy10 Challenge, powered by the American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR).
With this self-paced, 10-week program, survivors will learn how to build healthy and sustainable habits to reach their nutrition, hydration and exercise goals. Each week, you'll receive recipes, exercise tips, and nutrition guides to help you focus on making a healthier plate; adding more fruits and vegetables; and finding practical ways to increase physical activity.
This program is backed by extensive research on cancer prevention and cancer survivorship and contains evidence-based information on all topics to help you gain more understanding and knowledge on your survivorship journey. Additionally, you will have a weekly one-on-one check in with Hall-Perrine’s dietitian, Sarah Menzel, to answer any questions you may have or receive additional information or resources on a topic.
