Cardio-Oncology

Cancer treatment may affect heart health in some patients that have an increased risk of heart disease. The Cardio-Oncology program, under the direction of Cardiologist, Dr. Cam Campbell, provides a collaborative approach to cancer treatment needs. Oncologists may refer patients before, during or after cancer therapy for patients who have a high risk of heart disease, existing heart disease or develop heart disease or heart complications.
